This includes coordinating and managing the partner staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.I have also provided technical support to the registration and protection staff members, particularly in the areas of interviews, referrals, and individual case management mechanisms. Through my intervention, I ensured that all persons of concern who were reported and/or identified to be in need of urgent UNHCR interventions received timely assistance.During my tenure, I have built and maintained strong relationships of trust with implementing partners, government counterparts, and persons of concern (POCs) in Peshawar. This has played a crucial role in the continued success of the operation. My responsibilities include reviewing asylum applications in proGres and those received at the Protection Inquiry Window for prescreening and referral to the registration team.
